My family has been in the business of restoring furniture for many, many years. Today, we represent the fourth generation of Schoenbauer's to work in the furniture restoration business.

My great grandfather was a cabinet builder who came to the United States from Germany. My grandfather's business slowly evolved into furniture restoration for the moving and storage industry. I apprenticed with my father for nearly 15 years before starting my own company in 1991.

We have grown from one employee in a home-based business to more than twenty employees occupying a full-service shop facility over 12,000 square feet. Keeping with the family tradition, our staff includes my wife, father, brother, and children.

In addition to handling damaged household contents for the moving industry, as my grandfather once did, we expanded our commercial services to the insurance industry for fire and water damage and the hotel/motel business. Today, we also handle a great deal of restoration work for businesses and private individuals, specializing in on-site repairs.
